Speech Pathology

Our highly trained and experienced speech pathologists work with you to help you be independent, maintain relationships, express your wants and needs and be part of your community. They do this by assessing and treating a range of communication and swallowing difficulties which can be caused by things like:

  • hearing loss
  • stroke
  • brain injury
  • head injury
  • learning disability
  • disease or illness
  • dementia
  • breathing problems

Speech pathologists can help in a number of ways including:

  • exercise
  • education
  • advice
  • technology

Speech Pathology can be provided one-on-one or as part of a group, depending on what you need. Our care is provided care in your home or at our centres.
